Once you complete and submit your new client intake forms I will verify your insurance and benefits, then we will schedule your first session.
Attend Your First Session
If your session is online, log in to your client portal to join. If in person, you will meet me at the office location.

What does therapy look like?
Each session is customized to address your unique therapy objectives and personal aspirations. Sessions are 50 minutes and are usually scheduled weekly. Duration varies by individual needs and progress, ranging from short-term to longer commitments.

What insurance do you accept?
I am a provider for Aetna and Cigna. If you are covered out of network, I can offer you a detailed superbill post each session so you can claim reimbursement from your insurance.

Do you accept private pay clients?
Certainly, it is not uncommon for clients to choose this option, even if they already have insurance coverage, based on their individual preferences and specific needs.

How much does therapy cost?
Sessions cost $130. However, your cost may be less if your insurance policy provides for a co-pay rate and/or after your deductible is met.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Various payment methods, including network insurance, cash, debit card, credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards are accepted. Payment is due at the end of each session.

What happens if I'm late for a session?
If you sign in late, your session might be cut short to make time for others after you. If you're over 15 minutes without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled, and the full fee will apply.

What if I need to cancel a session?
Unexpected events may happen. If you cannot keep your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.
$65 fee for late cancellations and missed appointments.

How can I get the most out of therapy?
Share your treatment goals clearly with me. Stay open to new ideas. If you feel your progress is falling short, be transparent with me. Keep conversation open and honest. Take your therapy experience beyond your sessions to your daily life.

Do I have to live in Nevada to choose you as my therapist?
Yes, I am licensed to practice solely in Nevada. Each state has unique licensing requirements. Currently, Nevada allows clinical professional counselors to offer services solely to clients within the state.
